- Employees will refrain from ANY amorous relationships with any student.
- The public has an expectation that a college like Albion would employ staff who would not attempt to develop inappropriate relationships with students. Amorous relationships may undermine the atmosphere of trust on which the educational process depends.
- The only exception would be a recent graduate who becomes an employee and continues an existing relationship that they had prior to becoming an employee.
A verified violation of this policy will lead to a range of disciplinary actions up to and including dismissal. The Human Resources office must be notified for proper employee disciplinary action.
