Brit Talks features dynamic presentations by four outstanding Albion alumni. Come hear their inspiring stories about meaning and value in their work and personal lives. Alumni and students will have the opportunity to network at a reception following the talks; come prepared to chat about life, career goals and what Albion means to you!

5:30 to 9 p.m. - Athletic Hall of Fame Dinner and Celebration
Location: Upper Baldwin
Albion College Athletics Department is excited to celebrate its 2023 Athletic Hall of Fame induction class. This year’s inductees are composed of nine individuals and two teams, all of which represent a number of different sports.
Adult meal: $50 includes 2 drink tickets and dessert (lemon and strawberry tiramisu)
- Option 1: Bacon-wrapped beef meatloaf with mashed potatoes and summer vegetable succotash
- Option 2: Herb-marinated grilled half chicken with mashed potatoes and summer vegetable succotash
- Option 3: Ricotta and basil-stuffed eggplant rollatini with mashed potatoes and summer vegetable succotash
- Option 4: Cauliflower steak with mashed potatoes (vegan)
Children’s meal: $15 for 12 and under (chicken fingers)

Location: Herrick Theatre (Dow Center)
The Play That Goes Wrong is a hilarious and ridiculous comedy suitable for all ages. Admission to Albion College productions are free to all, but donations to the Theatre Department are much appreciated.

Location: Green space south of the Kellogg Center

Have any unused Briton gear? Bring it to donate to current students! Collection boxes will be placed in the Welcome Tent with a competition among the class year decades to see who can donate the most items. Donations to the Briton Scholarship Fund will also count as one clothing item per $10 toward the class competition.
9 to 10:30 a.m. - Alumni Swim Meet
Location: Dean Aquatic Center
Alumni swim meet for all Albion swimming alumni to join forces to take on the current varsity team. Come mingle with current swimmers/divers and share your storied stories with your fellow Brits!
9 to 11 a.m. - Whitehouse Nature Center Trail Walk and Reception
Location: Whitehouse Nature Center
Meet the new Whitehouse Nature Center director, Monica Day, while on a morning trail walk followed by refreshments on the porch of the visitors’ center.
9 a.m. to Noon - Trivia with the Alumni Board
Location: Tailgate East Side (grass)
Come test your Albion College knowledge! Grab a team of 2-8 people to compete in a 20-minute trivia session. Hosted by the Alumni Association Board of Directors. Each member of the session’s winning team will receive a reusable Albion College solo cup: take it over to the tailgate when you’re done!

Come line Ditzler Way/Hannah St. to cheer on the 2023 football team as they walk to the stadium to take on the Kalamazoo College Hornets!
10 a.m. - Alumni Band Check-In & Reception

Meet & greet fellow band alumni and Albion College music faculty.
Parking for alumni in the lot behind Goodrich Chapel (accessed from Michigan Ave). Coffee, juice, pastries, and fruit from the Foundry will be provided.
10 to 11 a.m. - Breakfast with President Webster
Location: Mary Sykes room, top floor Baldwin Hall
Join President Wayne Webster for breakfast and to hear a brief update about his first 90 days on campus.
Cost: $20. Pre-registration encouraged.
Menu: Scrambled Eggs with Cheddar and Green Onions, Crispy Applewood Bacon and Turkey Sausage Links, Breakfast Potatoes, Assorted Danish and Muffins, Seasonal Fruit Platter. Breakfast is served with Regular, Decaffeinated Coffee, and a selection of Hot Teas.

In celebration of Greek Life past and present, alumni, friends, and families are encouraged to participate in this penny war (IFC vs. Panhel)! All proceeds will benefit one non-profit organization, to be determined by Interfraternity Council and Panhellenic Council.

Location: Holland Park (100 N Albion St)
Join the Albion community in kicking off the 9th year of Albion’s Big Read! The parade will begin at 1 p.m. near City Hall and process to Holland Park for kick-off celebrations (circus performers, food trucks, DJ, local organizations and more!) until 4 p.m.
3 to 5:30 p.m. - Briton Happy Hour
Location: Green space south of KC
Cost: $30. Pre-registration encouraged.
Visit with fellow alumni and enjoy a tasty mix of hot and cold hors d’oeuvres, beer and wine. Cost includes two drink tickets.

Location: Tent, green space south of Kellogg Center
Join the Black Alumni Chapter right after the football game for a post-game huddle! Meet President Wayne Webster and VP of Belonging and Culture Taran McZee and mingle with fellow alumni and students. Light refreshments will be provided.
