In our department, you’ll analyze the countless messages that our society sends and receives every single day. You’ll study communication theory to understand the mechanics behind each message, and put everything you’re learning into practice with hands-on experiences in and out of the classroom.

Junior and senior students in our department have a variety of options available to them. Some choose to complete an internship as part of a semester off-campus in domestic or overseas programs, while others prefer to complete internships closer to home in Albion or other parts of Michigan.Explore Internships
