- Federal and Institutional Student Loans, Grants, Work Study: Office of Financial Aid
- Academic Programs: Office of Academic Affairs
- Academic Records: Office of the Registrar

If students would like to report a bias incident, please follow these instructions.
In the case where a student is still dissatisfied after discussion, the student should complete a formal, written Inquiry / Complaint Form.
If the issue or complaint cannot be resolved at the college level, you may choose to review and follow the State of Michigan Complaint process.
Concerns about alleged illegal or unethical business practices, fraudulent accounting or bookkeeping, or waste of institutional resources may be made in person, by mail or via the Fraud Waste and Abuse Allegation Form.
Complaints associated with the institution’s compliance with academic program quality and accrediting standards may be sent to the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools, following their complaint process which is published at http://www.ncahlc.org/information-for-the-public/complaints.html.
