Family & Supporters Weekend

Family Gathered around The Rock

Join us back on campus for a celebration of your student’s success and growth, as well as the network of supporters that influence students’ Albion experience.

The weekend will include kick-off opportunities for the new Family & Supporters Council, hands-on activities for siblings, immersive mini-classes, and more. We will have a few optional events Friday evening starting at 7 p.m. and activities on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. All events are optional and meant to help you enjoy time with your student.

7:30 p.m.Albion College Theatre presents The FlickHerrick TheatreWatch Albion College's rendition of The Flick by Annie Baker. This performance will include a post-show audience discussion with the cast.
7:30 & 10 p.m.Movie at the BohmBohm TheatreThe historic Bohm Theater is a go-to Friday activity for Albion College students. Students are admitted free. Families and supporters can show their downtown passport for free admission.

10 a.m. - 5 p.m.Care Package StationKellogg Center Living RoomThe Family and Supporters Council is hosting a care package station in the K.C. Living Room. The following week will be midterms and we want to show every Brit our support.
11 a.m.Men's & Women's Tennis vs. AndersonOutdoor Courts by Dow FIeldhouseWatch Men's & Women's Tennis take on Anderson - Go Brits!
11 - 11:45 a.m.Mini ClassesLudington Center
12 p.m. - 2 p.m.LunchQuadCome grab a meal on the Quad. We will be located under the tents by the Rock.
1 p.m.Big Read ParadeCity Hall (112 N. Cass St.) to Holland ParkThe parade will head from City Hall to Holland Park.
1 p.m. - 4 p.m.Big Read Kick-OffHolland Park (100 N Albion St.)Join the Big Read Kick-Off in Holland Park for a glimpse into our inspiring community with music, circus performers, food vendors, community organizations, and more.
2 p.m.Matinee Movie at the BohmBohm TheatreCome watch a free, family-friendly movie at the Bohm.
