Howdy y’all! We are excited to introduce Informaton, our new AI chatbot built for speedy self-service solutions!

The Origin Story

Born on the Quad, Informaton traded acorns for algorithms to pursue a deep digital desire to help our community. After an ill-advised trip to the river, he was upgraded with robust robotic replacements—making him a kind, caffeine-fueled, and highly helpful hybrid!

What He Can Do

Informaton is a young squirrel in training, but he can answer questions about:

• Printing from any device (even your phone!)

• Setting up campus Voicemail

• Booking a space for an event

• Connecting your phone to Wi-Fi

• …and much, much more!

• Access: Visit albion.edu/informaton or email [email protected]. (Note: You must be on the Albion Network to chat; cell data/off-campus connections have access only via email).

• Shortcut: Add the shortcut card to your my.albion dashboard!

• Squirrel Energy: Since he’s a young squirrel, he might get tired during a long conversation—refresh the page to give him a nap!
