Affectionately known as “O-House”, the 416 Erie Street Apartments offer upper-level students a comfortable and independent living experience. This residence features two spacious apartments, one on each floor, designed to foster a sense of community among residents.

Note: Residents are responsible for the housekeeping of their individual apartments. Students need to bring their own cookware, dishware, and silverware. Building your own loft is prohibited, and all college furniture must remain in the apartment throughout the academic year.
