Note: Residents are responsible for the housekeeping of their individual rooms. Building your own loft is prohibited and all college furniture must remain in the room throughout the entire academic year.

Seaton Hall is ideal for students who want a more traditional residence hall experience with the benefits of living among fellow upper-level peers. Community Assistants (CAs) support students through engagement opportunities, community development, and personal support. The building is overseen by professional staff from the Office of Community Living, ensuring that students have the resources they need to succeed both academically and personally.

Fun Fact

Seaton Hall at Albion College is named in honor of Dr. John L. Seaton, who served as the college’s president from 1924 to 1945. It was officially opened in 1949 as the first official men’s dormitory on campus, but now houses students of all gender identities.
