Community Partners

Our Philosophy on Community Collaboration

We believe strong partnerships are built on collaboration, mutual benefit, and shared goals. Our approach centers on building genuine relationships rather than one-time transactions. We work to create connections that are sustainable, respectful, and grounded in the unique strengths and expertise already present in our community.

By listening first and acting together, we aim to ensure that every project or program is shaped by local knowledge, addresses real needs, and fosters lasting positive impact for everyone involved.

Partnership Opportunities

We offer a variety of ways for organizations to connect and collaborate with us, whether you’re looking for short-term support or long-term engagement. Opportunities include:

  • Host AmeriCorps Members – Partner with us to bring dedicated AmeriCorps members into your organization to support year-round capacity building, program delivery, and community impact. Members can serve 12–15 hours per week during the school year and nearly full-time during the summer months.
  • One-Time Event Support – We love to come out as a group and lend a hand — many helping hands make light work! Examples include:
    • Event setup/tear-down
    • Community clean-ups
    • Special programming assistance (holiday events, youth days, etc.)
  • Connections to Other Campus Groups – If we can’t help directly, we’ll try to connect you to another student group that can provide the support you need.
