Work on Campus This Summer

The Albion College Camps and Conference Service Team hires a dynamic group of college students each summer. With this opportunity you’ll move from “summer worker” to Operations Professional. You will manage logistics for 3,000+ guests and leave with a resume that proves you can lead teams and handle high-stakes pressure.

As a logistics lead for Albion’s busiest season, you make the campus run. From leadership summer programs and sports camps to weddings, you own the event lifecycle. This is a leadership role that proves you can thrive in a fast-paced professional environment.

Student employees receive free on-campus housing, a meal plan, and an hourly wage from May-early August.
