Introducing a new and improved Brit Books program!

• All students are automatically enrolled in the program with the option to opt out. Once you have successfully registered for the upcoming term, materials are compiled, and physical textbooks are mailed to campus and digital course material access information is emailed.

• You will then pick up and access materials on or before the first day of class without having to place individual orders or pay out of pocket.

• The cost is included on your student account and calculated on a flat fee per student per unit, regardless of how much each individual textbook costs.

• If you want to opt out of the program, you can do so through the website. Opt out due dates will be posted and communicated each term. February 2, 2026 is the Brit Books opt out deadline for the Spring 2026 term. If you’re considering opting out, please review your required materials first—many students find the bundled cost is significantly lower than purchasing individually.

Will there be a physical campus store?
Albion College will continue to host an on-campus store, The Brit Shop, to sell branded merchandise like apparel and gifts. Once notified via email that your physical course materials have been delivered to campus, students will pick up their physical Brit Books at The Brit Shop.
