🥬Ditch the Dumpster!

Are you passionate about sustainability and interested in helping Albion reduce its carbon footprint? If so, here’s a quick and easy way to get involved — just answer a few short questions!

A group of students and I are working on a project to reduce campus waste, especially during move-in and move-out. Every year, students arrive and re-buy items they forgot (like hangers, bedding, extension cords, etc.), while students leaving campus throw away perfectly good items (furniture, storage bins, decor, food, and more).

Our goal is to reuse and repurpose items at the end of the year so they can be offered to incoming students at the start of the next year. To help us shape this project, we want to hear from you — your thoughts, interests, and ideas matter!
