Albion Today Post Submission

Albion Today is an internal communication channel for Albion College students, faculty, and staff. Submissions must come from a current member of the College community. It may not be used to advertise external businesses or organizations, with two exceptions: (1) when a College department, program, or student organization sponsors an event at a business location, or (2) when the event is co-sponsored with an external organization. In both cases, the Albion sponsor must be clearly identified as the primary host. If your post requires editing or if you are unsure whether your submission qualifies, please email the Office of Marketing and Communications at [email protected].

There is a 1,500 character maximum for all posts.
You must be an Albion College student, staff, or faculty member and have an Albion College email address to submit an Albion Today post.
Albion Today emails are sent daily around 10 a.m., with announcements due by 8 a.m. on the day they are to be included. Items can also be submitted several days in advance. Please always remember to include accurate start and end dates for your posting. Weekend messages will be sent if submitted by 8 a.m. on the preceding Friday since no approvals are processed on Saturday or Sunday.
