Located along Burns Street, these apartments provide an independent living environment with convenient access to campus. Each building offers a mix of traditional one-bedroom apartments and efficiency-style units, giving students the flexibility to choose the living space that best fits their needs.

  • Student Population: Upper-level students in their junior or senior year
  • Building Style: Apartment-style living
  • Capacity: 45 students, including 1 Community Assistant
  • Apartment Configurations:
    • 15 one-bedroom apartments (double-occupancy)
      • A & B units in each building are on the lower level with bedroom/bathroom windows facing the street and larger living room windows facing the parking lot
      • C & D units are on the upper level with the layout reversed
    • 8 efficiency apartments (double-occupancy)
      • A-D units are on the lower level
      • E-H units are upstairs
  • Bathrooms: One full bathroom per apartment, maintained by the residents

  • Meal Plan Requirement: Not required; optional meal plans available

Note: Residents are responsible for the housekeeping of their individual apartments. Students need to bring their own cookware, dishware, and silverware. Building your own loft is prohibited, and all college furniture must remain in the apartment throughout the academic year.
