To be considered a Junior-level student you must have between 14.00 and 21.49 units by the start of the Fall 2020 semester. Please read through the Room Selection Eligibility section in Important Information for more information regarding qualifications for participating in Room Selection.
During room selection, junior-status students are able to apply for Burns Street Apartments. However, Burns apartments will be offered to Senior level students first. All junior level groups will be automatically waitlisted. These apartments, if available, will not be offered until Summer 2020. Therefore, juniors that sign up for Burns (and are waitlisted) should sign up for alternate housing as well. No one group is guaranteed an apartment. Students residing in the apartments are not required to be on a College Board Plan but may purchase one if they choose. Click the name of an apartment for more building specific information and access to the application. All students are required to submit an updated Emergency Contact Google Form by the time their application is submitted. In addition, prior to participating in Apartment Selection Forums, students will be required to complete and submit a Roommate Agreement Packet.

A selected number of returning students will be assigned to Seaton Hall during this process. All students are required to submit an updated Emergency Contact Google Form.
