Briton House Experience

Briton House Apartments offer four-person apartments with a full kitchen for senior-year men and women . Laundry facilities are located on each floor, with shared use between two apartments. Located in the Erie Street residential area and close to both the Serra Dow Fitness Center, Kresge Gymnasium, and the Campus Quad, Briton Apartments are often sought for their proximity to College amenities and classes. The building does not have an elevator–stairs are required to reach all six apartments.

Room Selection Process

If interested in applying to live in a Briton House apartment during Spring Room Selection Process, students can apply in a group of four (two-bedroom). Each apartment consists of double-occupancy rooms. Juniors and seniors are eligible to apply to apartment options at Albion.

For more information on room rates, please see the Student Accounting Office’s Tuition & Fees page.

Students in Briton House Apartments are not required to be on a College Board Plan. However, students may purchase a College Board Plan if desired. Please see Dining Services for more information.
