416 Erie Street Apartments

416 E. Erie Street Apartments are located in the building affectionately called “O-House.”, and is available for senior status women. A six-person (3-bedroom) apartment on the ground floor and an eight-person (4-bedroom) apartment on the upper level shared a common entryway with free laundry facilities, and an outdoor patio space. Each apartment is well-equipped with a full kitchen and large living and dining areas.

Room Selection Process

If interested in applying to live in a 416 E. Erie Street apartment during Spring Room Selection Process, students can apply in a group of six (3-bedroom) or eight (4-bedroom). Each apartment consists of double-occupancy rooms. Juniors and seniors are eligible to apply to apartment options at Albion.

Students in 416 Erie Street Apartments are not required to be on a College Board Plan. However, students may purchase a College Board Plan if desired. Please see Dining Services for more information.

Apartment Amenities

Per Apartment:

  • Secure entry
    • Each apartment shares an entrance area.
    • Our card system allows students to use their Albion1Card as a key to their residential building as well as their individual apartment and room.
  • Carpeted dining/living rooms
  • Air conditioned facility
  • Wireless access throughout the building
    • Wired connections are available upon request (submit work order request to the Helpdesk to be connected)
  • Two bathrooms
  • Fully furnished living room and dining room
    • Sofas, lounge chairs, end tables, etc.
    • Dining room table and chairs
  • Full kitchen
    • Stove
    • Dishwasher
    • Two refrigerators
  • Free laundry
    • One washer and one dryer for each floor (free of charge)

Residents are responsible for the housekeeping of their individual apartments. Students need to bring their own cookware, dishware, and silverware.

Students may not leave personal items in the apartment for use by future residents.

Room Furnishings

Per Student:

  • XL twin size bed (80” x 36”)
    • May be bunked or placed as individuals
  • Desk and desk chair
  • Bookcase/shelf
  • Chest of drawers (three-drawer unit)

Building your own loft is prohibited. All college furniture must remain in the room/apartment throughout the entire academic year.
