Closed (Administrative): Case is closed and turned over to the college judicial process.

Cleared: Case has been investigated and it has been determined that an offense occurred, but the victim does not wish further action be taken or the case has been cleared with no further action required.

Unfounded: Case has been investigated and determined to be non-criminal, with no evidence that a crime or policy violation occurred, and no further investigation is needed.

Inactive: Case has been investigated but there is not enough information for further action to be taken and no suspects or further follow up information is available.
