Albion College's Opera Workshop stages their concert on Friday, April 13, at 7:30 p.m. in Goodrich Chapel. The concert will contain scenes from operas and musical theatre shows.
Pieces from Mozart's "The Magic Flute" and "The Marriage of Figaro" comprise the classical portion. Musical theatre talents are showcased with pieces from "Godspell," "Oklahoma," "West Side Story" and "Man of La Mancha."
Albion's Opera Workshop course gives young singers a chance to sing onstage and work with different teachers to achieve their full potential.
