"Supplement Insanity: Managing Your Horse's Nutrition " is on the table as Albion College's Held Equestrian Center hosts a public lecture Wednesday, March 28, at 5:30 p.m. in Upper Baldwin Hall on the College's main campus.
Guest speaker Dan Burke shares current nutrition issues facing horse owners, including obesity and the tendency to over-supplement the equine diet. All interested students, staff, and community members are encouraged to attend.
A buffet dinner will be served during the lecture. The cost to attend is $10/person. For more information or to reserve a spot, contact equestrian recruitment/marketing coordinator Randi Heathman by March 26, or 517/629-0836.
