Public Health Seminar Series: Stéphane Bancel
Stéphane Bancel has served as Moderna, Inc.'s Chief Executive Officer since October 2011 and as a member of Moderna’s Board of Directors since March 2011. Moderna is currently in late-stage trials for its coronavirus vaccine, co-developed with the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), part of the National Institutes of Health. The vaccine is one of nine coronavirus vaccines worldwide that have reached phase three clinical trials.
The nation's leading voices on public health and policy visit Albion (virtually) to discuss COVID-related issues, as guests of the College's Public Health Seminar Series. These presentations, which include Q&A with Albion College students, are free and open to the public as part of Albion College's Comprehensive Public Health Initiative, supported by James Wilson, '77. For more information and free registration for all seminar events, please see the Comprehensive Public Health Initiative webpage.
