Welnness expert Michelle Zellner shares information on the You Revolution; the Journey of a Better Being on Wednesday, September 18, in Bobbitt Visual Arts Auditorium at 7 p.m.
After earning a master's degree in kinesiology at the University of Colorado, Zellner began her career in wellness as a personal trainer. Realizing that personal training was incomplete without addressing emotional and psychological health, Zellner created Better Beings, which today works through corporate wellness trainings, community-based education, lifestyle transformation programs, and weekend workshops. "The You Revolution" outlines the principles Zellner developed over two decades of working to educate and empower others to take charge of their health.
This event is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be served. For more information, contact Wilson Institute for Medicine director Bradley Rabquer - .
