Dawn - Dusk

Whitehouse Nature Center

Location: Outside Whitehouse Nature Center

The Whitehouse Nature Center offers guests the chance to learn about nature as well as explore the ecosystem of the Kalamazoo River with several beautiful nature trails. Trails open from dawn to dusk.

Ludington Center Open

Location: 101 N. Superior Street, Downtown Albion

The new Ludington Center building is open, come take a look. The Center aims to serve as both a College and Community space, while also acting as the hotel to the Albion College Institutes; Carl S. Gerstacker Institute for Business and Management, the Gerald R. Ford Institute for Leadership in Public Policy and Service and the Career and Internship Center.

Hear inspirational stories from Albion College Alumni in a TEDx style event. Students, alumni, faculty and staff are welcome. Join for a reception following the talks to meet and asks questions of the speakers.

Bohm Theatre

Location: 201 S. Superior St., Downtown Albion

Albion's Historic Bohm Theatre reopened in the fall of 2014, and now shows movies each week on Thursday through Sunday. Check the web schedule to view movies and showtimes!

Albion College will induct individuals and teams into the College's Athletic Hall of Fame for their distinguished achievement in, or service to, Briton athletics. Reception at 5:30 p.m. Dinner and Ceremony at 6:30 p.m.

Albion College Homecoming and Walk the Beat are hosting the first ever concert on the Quadrangle Friday evening of Homecoming! Bring your blanket/chair, snacks, and listening ears to enjoy this mix of local music for a great start to the Homecoming weekend.

Library and College Archives Display

Location: First Floor, KC

Do you have questions about the history of Albion College? Stop at the Library's Homecoming display and meet the College's Marilyn Crandell Schleg Archivist, Justin Seilder. On display will be numerous Albion College yearbooks, a variety of artifacts and photos from the College Archives collection. This year, in honor of the 100th anniversary of the United States' exit from World War I, the library will spotlight the contributions and sacrifices Albion College made for the war effort.

Please join the Ford and Institute staff and students for cupcakes, refreshments, giveaways and updates from the institutes. The Ford Institute is celebrating their 40th Anniversary this weekend!

Location: Green space south of Kellogg Center, near the Ferguson Parking Lot

A stop to this area is a must! Mingle with fellow alumni, parents, and friends, pick up some fun giveaways, and kick off your Homecoming right.

Alumni Band Rehearsal

Location: Goodrich Chapel

The British Eighth Alumni Band will rehearse Saturday morning at Goodrich Chapel, and will perform together with the College's current marching band. Both bands will march to the tailgate area for lunch and during halftime of the home football game. Both bands will play from the stands during the game. All former marching band members from any year are welcome to participate.

Anthropology and Sociology invites all current and former students to join our informal gathering before the game. See old friends, make new ones.

Location: Homecoming Tailgate, green space south of Kellogg Center, near the Ferguson Parking Lot

All alumni, faculty, staff and friends are invited to a pre-game luncheon.

Register by September 25, to receive $5 off lunch.

If you have not registered prior to this date, you can purchase lunch day of at the food tent "Walk-in" area.

Football Game vs. Hope College

Location: Sprankle-Sprandel Stadium

Cheer on the Britons! The halftime program will feature the Homecoming Court, the British Eighth, and the Alumni Band. Tickets can be purchased at the gate for $5.

Find classmates to sit with at the football game! Through the gates are class year stands to meet by.

Walk the Beat

Location: Downtown Albion

The Walk the Beat event hosts dozens of musicians from all over the state in local businesses and venues, where participants can literally "walk the beat" from show to show and enter a series of giveaways along the way. It's the perfect way to expose emerging musicians, as well as support local business in a big party!
