Sarah Manasreh has enjoyed a diverse performing career, appearing in concert venues throughout the United States and Europe, performing in seven different countries. Currently, she is teaching at Albion College and Expressions Academy of Music and has performed with the Holland Symphony, Jackson Symphony, and the Michigan Philharmonic.    While acting as interim associate professor of clarinet and music theory at the University of Arkansas, she has held positions as principal clarinetist of the Arkansas Philharmonic Orchestra and Symphony of Northwest Arkansas. She also performed as a Broadway woodwind specialist in shows such as Legally Blond, South Pacific, Mary Poppins, Young Frankenstein, Little House on the Prairie, and Grease.  In addition, Sarah has instigated community music schools and musical outreach programs throughout the United States and England, working to bring music to underserved children and adults through the teaching of composition and individual instrumental lessons. She has  taught and performed as a guest at the University of Arkansas band camps, Coastal Carolina College, Chautauqua festival, and the Michigan State Conductor’s Symposium.   

Sarah completed her Bachelors of Music Performance at Florida State University and Master’s of Music Performance from the Royal Northern College of Music.  Currently, Sarah is working towards her Doctorate in Musical Arts at Michigan State University under the instruction of Dr. Elsa Verdehr
