Victoria Slater, '14
Victoria wanted a college that would allow her to create her own path but still graduate on time. Albion College has been a good fit for her. She likes both economics and creative writing. At Albion, Victoria has been able to study both.
Victoria aspired to spend her junior year at the London School of Economics, one of the top universities in Europe. During her sophomore year, Victoria prepared for the academic demands of LSE by taking the calculus-based version of Albion’s intermediate microeconomics course.
Returning to Albion after LSE, Victoria was able to schedule for the fall of her senior year the three remaining classes she needed for Albion’s general education requirements. In the spring of her senior year, she will have the flexibility to take just about any course that interests her, while staying on target to graduate in four years. Victoria belongs to Kappa Alpha Theta sorority.
