Open Enrollment for Plan Year 2018-2019:
May 01, 2018 through May 31, 2018

Once a year, full-time appointed staff/faculty and hourly union employees have the opportunity to make enrollment changes for the Medical/Rx, Dental, and Vision plans.

Open Enrollment Overview

Open Enrollment is your once-a-year opportunity to make changes to your current benefit election. Please review your current plan to determine if you want to maintain your current coverage, add/remove family members, and/or make additional changes to your plans. Changes requested during open enrollment will take effect July 1. The plan year begins on July 1 and continues through June 30.

Please be aware that decisions made during Open Enrollment are generally binding for the entire plan year. An individual may not make any changes until next year's Open Enrollment period unless that individual has a Qualified Life Event (e.g., marriage, birth, adoption, etc.) and notifies the Human Resources Office within 30 days from the date of the qualifying event.

Open Enrollment Deadline

All new elections must be received by Human Resources no later than May 31, 2018.
