Job Description:

The Communication Studies Department at Albion College is seeking to fill a full-time, visiting faculty position. The successful candidate will have a 3/3 teaching load, and is expected to participate in departmental activities.

Qualifications Include:

The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. in Communication Studies, and be able to teach courses in Interpersonal Communication, as well as one or more of the following: Intercultural Communication, Strategic Communication, Introduction to Human Communication, Public Speaking, Communication Methods, or Gender.

Application Process:

Interested candidates should submit by e-mail a letter of application, current CV, one sample syllabus for an Interpersonal Communication course, copies of graduate transcripts, and three letters of reference to Maggie Haugen (). All materials should be received no later than December 11, 2015. The department will have a booth at the job fair during the National Conference in Las Vegas on Friday, November 20th.
