Albion's campus is a postcard image of small college perfection. From the newest structures such as the science complex to the oldest buildings bordering the campus Quadrangle, Albion’s campus is scenic and inviting. Since its founding in 1835, the College has expanded from the Quad outward so that more than 30 major buildings comprise the main campus. A 144-acre preserve with nature trails and an interpretive center is located adjacent to campus along the Kalamazoo River. Recently, the College opened the Held Equestrian Center on 340-acres immediately south of the main campus.
