Students: You
must verify your timesheet by the stated date in order to be paid on the
Pay Date associated with that pay period. If you miss the deadline your
hours may not be paid until the following pay date.
Supervisors: You must approve all time sheets by the
stated date in order that your employees be paid on that pay date.
Check Delivery: During the school year, student pay
checks will be issued to the Kellogg Center student post office boxes at
8:30 AM on the pay date shown above. * Winter Break:
Student employees working during winter break must verify their hours to
their supervisor by January 2, 2009. Those supervisors must report those
hours to payroll by January 3, 2009. ** Spring Break:
Checks will be issued to the Kellogg Center post office by 8:30 AM on
the last day of school before Spring Vacation. *** May 5th Check Disbursement:
Checks will be issued to the Kellogg Center post office boxes.
Students leaving campus before May 5th may request their check be mailed
by providing the payroll office with a self-addressed, business size
(4 1/8 x 9 1/2) envelope. Checks remaining in the post office boxes
will be mailed to home addresses on May 22nd, 2009. **** May 15th End of School Year Pay Date:
Checks will be available in the Payroll Office until May 22nd. At that
time, unclaimed checks will be mailed to home addresses. Students
wanting checks mailed earlier than May 22nd or wanting them mailed to an
address other than their home address must provide the payroll office
with a self-addressed, business size (4 1/8 x 9 1/2) envelope.

ends on a Thursday. If your students are working on Friday
(August 22nd) they must be added to the Online Time Clock
without selecting the Summer designation.
Supervisors must approve timesheets by 4:00 PM
of the day after the end of a pay period
Student paychecks will be delivered to KC Boxes
the morning of the Pay Date.
