Mission Statement
Information Technology is committed to exceeding the needs of the campus community for a robust, secure, easy-to-use, and innovative technology environment. We strive to maintain a high level of service by ensuring data integrity, aiding users in effective and efficient use of technology, and resolving user issues in a timely fashion.
Departments

The User Services Department provides technical support for all campus users, alumni, and guests:
- New user information
- Password and log in help
- General hardware and software support for college-owned computers
- Basic troubleshooting support for student computers
- Albion 1Card support
- Staff and faculty telephone support

The Instructional Technology department provides support for faculty, staff and students in their use of technology to enhance teaching, learning and research. We work with students and faculty in the effective use of technology for classroom activities in group and one-on-one settings. Just contact us!
Instructional Technology supports faculty and staff with technology consulting and purchase assistance, instructional design and development support, and technology training for individuals and groups.
The department also manages course webs, campus blogs, media production facilities and equipment, classroom and confernence room presentation systems, and loaner equipment.
Information Services - 629-0960 - Contact Information Services
The Information Services department manages the College's administrative software, SCT Banner, which includes student academic information, financial aid, finance, human resources, and institutional advancement.

The Systems and Networking department maintains the campus’s fiber optic network and high-speed internet access. It also service all the campus computers and network printers. Finally the department houses and maintains most of the campus’s servers. These servers provide network accounts that allow faculty, staff, and student’s access to email, file and web page storage, and other technology resources.
