DeLuyck Cracks 14 Kills in Volleyball Match

Lauren DeLuyck cracked a season-high 14 kills Saturday, but the Albion College volleyball team is still searching for its first Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association win of the season after a four-set setback at Olivet College. Olivet defeated Albion by scores of 23-25, 25-17, 26-24, 26-24. Albion played well defensively, rolling up 88 digs. Jessica Weiler collected 22 digs in addition to her three kills and block assist. Kayla Gustitus, Jalyn Ingalls, and Caitlin Wright finished with eight kills apiece.
