Sarah Slamer named to all-MIAA second team

Junior outside hitter Sarah Slamer was rewarded for an outstanding season on the volleyball court as she was named to the all-Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association second team Nov. 8. Senior setter Stacey Tarnowski was added to the list of honrable mention players in the MIAA by the league coaches. Junior outside hitter Sarah Slamer (Battle Creek/Central) was rewarded for an outstanding season on the volleyball court as she was named to the all-Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association second team Nov. 8.Slamer led Albion in most statistical categories. She pounded 309 kills, dug out 343 opponent attacks on defense, and scored 33 points on service aces.
Senior setter Stacey Tarnowski (Jackson/Lumen Christi) was added to the list of honorable mention players in the MIAA by the league coaches.
