Lewis Completes Cross Country Season

Albion College sophomore Paul Lewis completed the second-fastest 8K race in school history while running as an individual in the NCAA Division III Cross Country Championship at the Lake Breeze Golf Club. Lewis, who prepped at Albion High School, finished 74th among 279 runners. He reached the finish line in 25:07.77 for a pace of 5:04 per mile.
USTFCCCA Grants All-Region Status to Three Runners

Photograph by Penny Smith.The United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association released Tuesday, Nov. 15, the list of NCAA Division III athletes achieving all-region distinction after finishing among the top 35 in the Nov. 12 regional meets. All-region status was conferred on three Albion College runners – Lauren Kettle, ’15, Paul Lewis, ’14, and Amanda Weaver, ’13.

Lewis Qualifies for NCAA Cross Country Championship

Photograph by Penny Smith.INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Albion College sophomore Paul Lewis has qualified to run in the NCAA Division III Cross Country Championship as an individual. It will be Lewis’ second appearance in the national meet as the Britons qualified as a team for the 2010 championship.
