As the summer winds down, the Albion College Athletic Department invites you to think about the fall and the 2007 Briton Classic. The tournament, scheduled for Friday, Sept. 28 at the gorgeous Medalist Golf Club, will help kickoff an exciting weekend of Homecoming festivities.

Consider sponsoring a hole at this year's event. Gold sponsorships, which include registration for four golf players, cost $1,000. Silver sponsorships, which include registration for two players, cost $500. Bronze sponsorships are available for $250. Albion College will consider the entire sponsorship fee as a charitable gift to the College.

You can register anywhere from one to four golfers at $125.00 apiece. Albion College will consider $75 of each individual entry fee as a charitable gift to the College. This gift qualifies for the federal tax deduction and Michigan tax credit. If you are employed by a company that matches employee gifts to colleges, you may be able to double your gift to Albion.

After playing in the Briton Classic, we invite you to stay in Albion to enjoy Homecoming. The Athletic Hall of Fame Banquet and Induction Ceremony will be held in Baldwin Hall and the volleyball team will be in action at Kresge Gymnasium Friday night. The women's soccer team will square off against Alma College, the football team will meet Hope College, and the men's soccer team will clash with Kalamazoo College in Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association action at Alumni Field Saturday afternoon.
