The Academic/Career Planning Goal Sheet Exercise template is available for you to import and use to reflect on your service/volunteer experiences as part of The Sleight Servant Leadership Program.

After you have opened your website using FrontPage:

1. Select Import from the File menu
2. Click on the From Web button from the Import Window
3. Enter http://www.albion.edu/sleight/SSLP_Service_Reflection_Template.htm
   in the location window of the Import Web Wizard - Chose Source window and click next.
4. Accept the default settings on the Import Web Wizard - Choose Download Amount window and click next.
5. Click Finish and the page will be imported to your website.
6. Open imported web page from FrontPage to edit for your responses.
