Sharks in Albion's Shark Lab can be viewed "real-time" using the web cam link below. This link also provides sound, so you can hear whatever might be happening in the lab during the daytime (the camera is OFF at night).

Click on the link and when prompted for a username, enter "guest" (without the quotation marks). The password is "shark" (all lowercase and no quotation marks).

The site requires ActiveX control and will ask you for permission to install. If you wish to view the site, you will have to allow the installation (this is a one-time installation and you'll not have to repeat it from the computer you use).

Once a connection is made, a pop-up window will tell you how many other users are on-line with you. Click OK, and wait a few minutes while the video loads.

Our system also allows real-time conversations! If you see or hear someone in the lab, you may ask questions if your computer is equipped with a microphone. You will first have to click on the "Talk" icon at the bottom of the video screen. We are able to hear your questions quite well, but our microphone is not as sensitive and we'll have to come closer to be able to talk to you. Be patient!!!
