Located in the central part of campus, connected to the south side of Baldwin Hall, Whitehouse houses 209 upper-class students. This is a suite-style residence hall with double rooms connected by a bathroom. In addition, the ground and first floors will be smoke free.
Community Area
Whitehouse Hall has numerous lounges designed for studying or
socializing with tables, chairs and couches in each. On the first
floor, the main lounge has a pool table. The
ground floor lounge has a large screen TV and ping pong table. Board games and other
supplies may be checked out from the RA Office. Whitehouse Hall
also has a kitchenette for occasional cooking by residents and laundry
facilities provided in the building.
Bedroom Furnishings
Each double room is equipped with two beds, two desks & chairs, two closets,
two
chests of drawers, a telephone with access to the College voice mail system,
cable TV hookup, Internet connection, and mini blinds. All College
furniture must remain in the student's room for the duration of the academic
year.
Bed Lofts
Furniture in Whitehouse Hall is modular and can be lofted or bunked in
several different configurations. See your Resident Assistant for the
lofting instruction booklet. Building your
own loft is prohibited.
College Board Plan
Students residing in this housing
option are required to be on the College
Board Plan.
Computer Labs
Whitehouse Hall has one computer lab with multiple computers and one
printer.
