Located in the central part of campus, connected to the north side of Baldwin Hall, Seaton houses 221 upper class and first-year students. This is a traditional-style residence hall with community bathrooms. Seaton Hall currently houses both First Year and upperclassmen students.
Community Area
Seaton Hall has many community areas within the building designed
for study groups or relaxation. The many lobby of Seaton Hall has
a large screen TV, pool table and ping pong table. There is also a
kitchenette in Seaton Hall for students to use for special occasions or
an occasional dinner. Board games and other items can be checked
out from the RA Office located on the first floor. Laundry
facilities are provided within the building.
Bedroom Furnishings
Each double room is equipped with two beds, two desks & chairs, two closets,
two
chest of drawers,
a telephone with access to the College voice mail system, cable TV hookup,
Internet connection, and mini blinds. All College furniture must
remain in the student's room for the duration of the academic year.
Bed Lofts
Furniture in Seaton Hall is modular and can be lofted or bunked in several
different configurations. See your Resident Assistant for the
lofting instruction booklet. Building your own loft is prohibited.
College Board Plan
Students residing in this housing option
are required to be on the College Board Plan.
Computer Labs
There are two computer labs with multiple computers and one printer
per lab.
