Seaton Hall
Located on the corner of Cass and Hannah Streets, Seaton Hall houses 224 students. This is a traditional-style residence hall with community bathrooms. Seaton Hall's overall usage is determined year to year by balancing first-year student housing needs with the needs of the returning student population. Seaton is connected by a walkway to Baldwin Hall. Seaton Hall is a smoke-free facility. Each bedroom has a bed, three-drawer dresser, desk and desk chair, bookcase/shelf, closet with doors, and network connection per student. Each room also has a telephone and cable TV hookup. There is a kitchenette on the ground floor of Seaton for students to use with basic kitchen appliances (stove/oven and sink). Laundry facilities are available also on the ground floor with upgraded appliances. Laundry appliances require the Albion1Card to operate at a rate of $1.25 to wash and $1.25 to dry. Seaton has community bathrooms, all cleaned by Albion College. There is a Resident Assistant (RA) in each hall within Seaton; approximately 2 RAs per floor (if applicable).
