Seaton Hall

Located
in the central part of campus, connected to the north side of Baldwin
Hall, Seaton houses 224 sophomore and first-year students. Seaton is a
traditional-style residence hall with community bathrooms and it is also
a smoke-free building.
Community Area
Seaton Hall has many community areas within the building designed
for study groups or relaxation. The main lobby of Seaton Hall has
a large screen TV, pool table, and a
kitchenette for student use. Board games, various cleaning
supplies, and other items can be checked
out from the RA Office located on the first floor. Laundry
machines and dryers are located on the ground floor of the building.
Bedroom Furnishings
Each double room is equipped with two beds, two desks & chairs, two closets,
two
chests of drawers,
a telephone with access to the College voice mail system, cable TV hookup,
Internet connection, and mini blinds. Furniture in Seaton Hall is modular and can be
stacked or bunked in several
different configurations. Instructions will be provided when
students arrive on campus. Building your own loft is prohibited.
All College furniture must remain in the student's room for the duration
of the academic year.
College Board Plan
Students residing in this housing option
are required to be on the College Board Plan.
Computer Labs
There are two computer labs with multiple computers and one printer
per lab.
