Declaration of an Academic Major or Minor  and Application for Degree can no longer be submitted on-line but are available from the form list below or at the Registrar's office.

Declaration of concentration forms must be signed by the Department and can be picked up at the Department or the Registrar's Office.

The following forms can be submitted to the Office of the Registrar by fax 517.629.0476 or mail, Albion College, Office of the Registrar, 611 East Porter Street, Albion MI 49224.
