Student voices about ADPS

Noel Niles, Troy sophomore: "Whenever I’m driving through town, I always see at least one ADPS vehicle. Knowing many of the ADPS officers, this makes me feel comfortable and safe in Albion anytime I go anywhere.
Ben Gorczyca, Jackson junior: "It has to be very difficult being a police officer. Who knows what they have just had to deal with or experienced just hours or minutes before you see them."
Ahmed Chaudhry, Ann Arbor junior: "Of course, the intentions of the police are good. But I’ve heard too many stories of completely sober students walking to and from places getting hassled by police when the police should really be on the lookout for more suspicious people that might commit larger crimes than drinking alcohol illegally."
Ashley Meyers, Marcellus sophomore: "I think [ADPS] should be more worried about keeping the community around the college safe so that the students aren’t afraid to go out into the community, instead of making sure that students aren’t drinking."
