What is your reaction to the ban of the Eat Shop cards?

Alysha Spence
“I felt that it was very unfair to students that have not completed the remainder of their cards—not to mention students that have never used them. If students were caught duplicating these cards, they should’ve been punished—not everybody.”

Joe Nielson
“Though the college would like us to believe that the Eat Shop cards are a gift to the students out of the generosity of this institution, the simple fact is that $25 compared to the fairly outrageous $28,000 tuition that we pay is nothing. To tell us that this is a kind act on their part shows that they question our intelligence. The revocation of this “extra” by the administration of this college should be protested with utter outrage.”

Joe Nielson
Battle Creek sophomore

Reina DelaTorre
“I think it’s funny because it’s [counterfeiting] been happening for a long time before this.”

Reina DelaTorre
Vicksburg junior

David Pierce
“I’ve heard about this happening a while even before this incident. Something needed to be done.”

David Pierce
