Van Driver Registration

Please provide the following information via the form below. This information will be used to obtain your driving record in accordance with College policy. After you submit this form you will be automatically taken to a screen that explains how the van driver approval process works.  Please carefully read that page, as it answers most of the questions you may have about the process. The entire process may take up to a month, and you will be notified in writing by Facilities Operations when you are approved to operate a College van.
