"What's Your Metabolism Got to Do with It?" is offered Wednesday February 1, at 7 p.m. in Albion College's Baldwin Hall. "The Power of Food in Performance" is discussed Thursday February 2, at noon and again at 8 p.m. in Baldwin Hall. The 8 p.m. session February 2 is specifically intended for competitive athletes of all sorts.
