Richard Longworth, senior fellow of The Chicago Council on Global Affairs and an expert on globalization's impact on the Midwest, spoke with WMUK in Kalamazoo leading up to his participation on the September 11 "Albion Tomorrow" panel discussion.
The cost of the BHS program to an Albion College degree-seeking student is:
$3,080 ($1,540 per semester)
(This fee is in addition to the tuition, room, board, and fees assessed by Albion College. It does not include the BHS examination fee, which is assessed at the time the exam is taken.)
Albion College degree-seeking students will be billed twice per year (once per semester) for their tuition, room, and board on the Albion College main campus and twice per year (once per semester) for their participation in the BHS program.
The cost of the BHS program to a certificate-seeking candidate is:
$20,700 ($6,900 per billing cycle)
BHS certification-seeking candidates will be billed three times per year (twice in conjunction with the Albion College academic calendar and once for the mandatory summer term).
Students who bring their own horse to the Nancy Held Equestrian Center will also be required to pay a monthly boarding fee of $575.
