Indoor Camp

Indoor Camp Program Information Sheet

The staff at Albion College is fired up for our expanded 2006-07 Indoor Tennis Camp Program! Our Albion College coaches & players provide the instructional component and a proven curriculum that includes supervised match play, one on one video analysis, tennis-specific conditioning, and individual written evaluations designed to maximize each player's development. We are confident that this year's camp will offer one of the most complete player development opportunities in Western Michigan. It's offered at a great value and includes 10 hours of free court time!

Who: For all middle & high school players, boys and girls, interested in developing all aspects of their game! Groups will be formed within each camp based on playing experience and skill level.

What: Each camp session offers high intensity drills and supervised match play (approximately one half of each) with a maximum player/instructor/court ratio of 5:1:1. Throughout the Camp many sport science topics will be discussed including dynamic and static stretching, mental toughness, tennis-specific plyometric training, and nutrition. Free court time is also available for each player registered in this year's camp. All camps are offered on a 'first come, first serve' basis.

Mentoring Opportunity: High School players registering a Middle School player receive 10% discount.
