Student Contact: Restrictions on Student Contact Frequency

The default number of contacts per month is set at 10 and will not change unless you choose to do so while editing your mentor profile. This means than no more than 10 students can view your information in any given month.

Other schools who use this on-line Mentor Program have noted that, in general, only 30-40% of searches for mentors result in actual contacts being made. Keep this in mind when setting your number of contacts per month since many students are "just looking" and may not contact you after all.
