Hometown: Orrville, Ohio; Orrville High School

Favorite Albion Moment: Winning the "Io Triumphe Award" for service to students in 1999. Working for a small college means that I get to know the students I work with and it is truly a joy to follow them during their four years and beyond.

Hobbies: Sports of all kinds, reading, and chasing my daughter, Marguerite, son Christian, and dog, Aberdeen.

Favorite Season: Fall; travel for admission, football, apple orchards and pumpkin carving

Favorite TV Shows: Lost, Heroes, How I Met Your Mother, and The Amazing Race.

Favorite Vacation Spot: Ireland

What Makes Albion Special to You: This is a place that transforms lives. Even though I did not attend Albion College, I met my wife here, and I've watched hundreds of young people discover themselves, thrive, and then succeed in the real world.
