The Gerstacker Institute presents Ben Biermeier-Hanson

The Gerstacker Institute and the Psychology Department present Ben Biermeier-Hanson.   The topic of his lecture will be Organizational Culture: Applying Research to Practice. Benjamin Biermeier-Hanson is currently a doctoral candidate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Wayne State University. His research interests focus on organizational culture, leadership, and the intersection between the two. He has numerous publications on these topics and is also the winner of the Garrett T. Heberlein award for excellence in teaching. In addition to his activities at Wayne State, Ben also works as a graduate intern at Denison Consulting, where he works to provide R&D support to internal and external clients while also publishing in academic peer-reviewed journals. His presentation begins at 7:00 p.m. in Norris 101 on April 3, 2014.  This event is free and open to the public.
